Continuous Cooling Transformation (CCT)

Hardening

Harden from a temperature of 760 - 820°C, 800 - 840°C followed by water or oil quenching. Hardness after quenching is 64 - 66 HRC.

Forging

Hot forming temperature: 1050 - 850°C.
